This Web Based HR System has been designed based on the needs of school districts in Michigan utilizing HR Professionals from across the state. It has Position Control functionality built in to allow maximum flexibility for distribution of F.T.E.’s. It is also EDFI compliant.
The Web Based System includes:
Customizable Lookup Tables: Allows you to add and modify information for user defined lookup tables accessible via the Employees module.
Assignment Lookup Tables: Allows you to add and modify information for user defined lookup tables for use with the employee assignment information.
Benefit Costs: Allows you to add and modify master benefits cost information
Pay Scale: Allows you to upload, download and edit pay scales and steps
Positions: Allows you to define and modify employee positions within your district.
Work Terms: Allows you to define the school year work terms, e.g., pay type, hours, days, available within the MiSuite application.
Year-End Rollover: Allows you to copy specific MiSuite application data, e.g., positions, assignments, into the next year in order to begin a new school year.
Payroll Dates: Allows you to view, add or modify payroll calendar information for a specified school year.
Global Changes: Allows you to apply a step change with an extra rate increase across a specific pay group.
Job Descriptions: Allows you to upload, comment on, and email job description documents.
Open Enrollment: Allows you to create the election choices available to employees for open enrollment
Attendance: Allows you to maintain all your time off needs electronically with full approval rights by manager
ACA Reporting: Full federal ACA reporting is directly housed and maintained within the H.R. system. The program will generate all federal 1094c documents and all employee 1095c documents.
